What should I do if I received a defective or incorrect product?
If the product you received is defective or does not match your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt.
We will arrange a free return and either a replacement or a refund, according to your preference.

In accordance with French law, you have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal.
This period applies to all products purchased on our website for delivery within Europe, excluding overseas territories (DOM-TOM).
To return an item, please contact us via our contact form or by email.
We will provide you with a return code to be written on the outside of your parcel, along with the necessary instructions to send the product back.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received is defective or does not match the original order.
In that case, the return costs are covered by our company.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will issue the refund within a maximum of 7 days.
