GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE TO CONSUMERS
1. About JLV Sound
The website www.jlv-sound.com is published by JLV Sound, a private limited company (SARL) with variable capital of €1,000, registered with the Trade and Companies Register (R.C.S.) of Melun under number 793 001 199 00017.

2. Preamble
JLV Sound invites Users to read these General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use (“T&Cs”) carefully. They govern the contractual relationship between JLV Sound and its Customers.
The T&Cs apply to every product and service sold on the site. Placing an order implies prior acceptance of the T&Cs in force on the date of purchase.
3. Definitions
Customer: Any natural or legal person placing an order on the site.
Order: Any purchase of products via the site.
User: Any person browsing the site.
Company: JLV Sound, publisher of the site.
Site: www.jlv-sound.com.
4. Registration
Access to the site’s services requires free registration. Users must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. JLV Sound reserves the right to suspend any non-compliant account.
5. Products and Prices
The Products covered by these T&Cs are those listed on the Site and sold and shipped directly by the Company.
Each Product page describes the essential characteristics of the item. Sales are subject to available stock; the Company cannot be held liable for stockouts or the inability to sell an out-of-stock Product.
The price shown on a Product page is in euros, inclusive of all taxes (TTC) but exclusive of shipping costs, and reflects any applicable discounts on the day of the Order. Delivery charges are detailed, where applicable, in the Order summary before confirmation. If the total price cannot be calculated in advance, the Company will send the Customer a detailed quotation explaining the price calculation.
No User may claim discounts that are no longer valid on the day of the Order.
6. Orders
Orders can be placed only by registered Users. When logged in, the User may add products to a virtual basket and, after reviewing the summary, click “Order” to confirm.
The User must then provide an address, select a delivery method, and choose a valid payment option to finalise the sale contract with the Company.
An Order is recorded when the Customer ticks the box accepting the T&Cs and validates the Order. This validation constitutes proof of the sales contract. Finalising the Order implies acceptance of the prices and terms indicated on the Site.
After placing an Order, the Customer receives a confirmation email summarising the Order and the relevant service details.
If payment fails, the address is incorrect, or another account issue arises, the Company reserves the right to block the Order until the problem is resolved. In the event the service cannot be provided, the Customer will be informed by email, the cancelled item will be refunded, and the rest of the Order will remain firm.
7. Payment
Unless otherwise agreed, all sales are payable in full at the time the Order is placed.

8. Delivery
JLV Sound ships to mainland France and internationally via partner carriers (Colissimo, DHL, etc.).
Delivery times are indicative and vary by destination. If delivery is delayed by more than 30 days, the Customer may cancel the Order and obtain a refund.
If delivery is impossible due to an address error provided by the Customer, the Company will contact the Customer promptly for a new address; any additional shipping costs will be borne by the Customer.
The Company is not liable for delivery delays during high-demand periods (e.g., year-end holidays), force majeure events, or reasons attributable solely to the carrier.
9. Claims and Returns
The Customer has 14 days from receipt to exercise the right of withdrawal, except for items excluded under Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code.
The return request can be made in the Customer’s account area on the JLV Sound site by selecting the relevant Order and products.
Once JLV Sound validates the request, the Customer receives a return label to enclose with the parcel.
Returns must be in perfect condition and are at the Customer’s expense.
10. Warranties
JLV Sound products are covered by the legal warranties in Articles L.217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code. For defective products, replacement or refund is offered.
Product replacement does not extend the warranty period.
11. Personal Data
Customer data is processed in accordance with the GDPR. Customers may exercise their rights (access, rectification, erasure) via the contact form.
12. Liability
JLV Sound cannot be held liable for site disruptions or delivery delays caused by external circumstances.
13. Intellectual Property
All elements of the site are the exclusive property of JLV Sound. Any unauthorised reproduction is prohibited.
14. Mediation Service
To facilitate dialogue between consumers and businesses, JLV Sound is a member of the Centre de médiation des conciliateurs de justice (CM2C). You may use this free mediation service if a dispute cannot be resolved by prior complaint to our customer service.

15. Disputes
All disputes are governed by French law and fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Melun.
16. Acceptance of the T&Cs
By placing an Order on the site, the Customer acknowledges having read and accepted these T&Cs without reservation.
