In which countries can I have my order delivered?

We deliver our products in France, across Europe, and internationally.

We also ship to the French overseas departments and territories (DOM-TOM).

Rare exceptions: Afghanistan, Russia, Iran, North Korea, Costa Rica, Libya.


What is the delivery time for my order?

Delivery times depend on the country and the chosen shipping method.

For delivery of your Phonic Ring in France, allow about 4 business days with La Poste.

In Europe, with UPS Express Saver, delivery takes around 4 business days.
With Colissimo, delivery takes between 5 and 10 business days.

For international orders, with UPS Express Saver, delivery takes about 5 days after your order.
With Colissimo, the delivery time depends on the country, usually between 5 and 10 business days.

For French overseas departments and territories (DOM-TOM), delivery takes between 11 days and 1 month.

How much does the delivery cost?

To find out the shipping cost, we provide a simulator on our website.

Here’s how to use it:

1 - Go to the cart page on our website.

2 - Add the product of your choice to your cart.

3 - Enter the destination country.

The simulator will then give you the exact shipping cost based on the products purchased and the chosen destination.


Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

You can use this number to track the progress of your parcel on the carrier’s website.


What should I do if I am not at home at the time of delivery?

If you are absent at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave a delivery notice in your mailbox with instructions to reschedule the delivery or collect your parcel from a pickup point.


What should I do if my parcel is delayed?

If your order has not been delivered within the estimated timeframe, please check the status of your parcel using the tracking number.

If the parcel appears to be stuck or lost, contact our customer service and we will take the necessary steps to resolve the issue quickly.


What should I do if my parcel is damaged upon receipt?

If your parcel is damaged upon delivery, please refuse the delivery or take photos of the damaged package and contact our customer service within 48 hours.

We will arrange a replacement or a refund after verifying the issue.
