Ludovic Molin – Tenor Saxophonist and Police Major
Ludovic Molin is a French tenor saxophonist, graduated from the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique et de Danse de Paris (CNSMDP). He distinguished himself for several years within the Musique des Gardiens de la Paix de Paris, the emblematic ensemble of the French National Police, where he held the position of Chief Brigadier.
A Path Between Musical Excellence and Republican Service
As a member of the Musique des Gardiens de la Paix, Ludovic Molin took part in numerous official concerts, ceremonial events, tours, and educational activities. Created in 1929, this ensemble embodies artistic excellence in public service, exploring repertoires from classical to jazz, as well as variety and world music.
In 2019, his expertise was recognized when he was appointed jury member for the recruitment of tenor and baritone saxophonists, underlining his active role in the transmission and selection of new talents.
He is currently pursuing his artistic career as an independent musician, bringing his experience to a wide range of projects.
