From the age of six, Isacco Buccoliero discovered the saxophone at the Music School of the “M° Massimino Vitale” Orchestra in Torre Santa Susanna (BR). He officially began his studies in 2012 at the “G. Durano” Musical High School, under the guidance of M° Danilo Russo. Very early on, he distinguished himself by winning numerous first prizes as a soloist and chamber musician.
Still under the tutelage of M° Danilo Russo, he obtained his First-Level Academic Diploma in Saxophone at the Istituto Superiore di Studi Musicali P. I. Tchaikovsky in Nocera Terinese (CZ), graduating with 110/110 with honors and a special mention for his outstanding final performance.
A distinguished orchestral and stage career
He has collaborated with various orchestral ensembles, including:

Through these collaborations, he has performed on some of the greatest Italian stages, notably:

Training with leading saxophonists
Alongside his academic studies, he refined his playing with internationally renowned masters, among them:
Francesco Salime, Mario Marzi, Federico Mondelci, Massimo Mazzoni, Marco Gerboni, Damiano Grandesso, Alex Sebastianutto, Naomi Sullivan, Jérôme Laran, Lucy Derosier, Philippe Portejoie, Lars Mlekusch, Henriette Jensen, Johan Thorell, Antonio Canovas Moreno, Nicolas Arsenijevic, Michel Supera, and Vincent David.
In 2020 and 2021, he took part in the annual saxophone course led by M° Vincent David in Rome, organized by the Associazione Exigentia.
An active artist in recording and music publishing
In 2021, he recorded his first album, "Una Voce Poco Fa...", as part of the “Buccoliero – De Vivo” duo (saxophone – piano), produced by the Accademia 2008 label and supported by Vandoren France.
In parallel with his concert activity, he also dedicates himself to editorial work, including adaptations, critiques, and arrangements, mainly for the saxophone. Several of his works have been published by Da Vinci Publishing and Accademia 2008.
Recognition and current engagements
In 2022, he became an artistic ambassador of JLV Paris, consolidating his position on the international stage.
He is currently a saxophone tutor at the Istituto Superiore di Studi Musicali P. I. Tchaikovsky in Nocera Terinese (CZ).
