Accomplished clarinetist and renowned pedagogue, Lucien Aubert is a member of the OZI reed trio and the DAÏMON trio, after having been a member of the Paris Clarinet Quartet and the French Sextet.
A passionate chamber musician and tenured professor at the Conservatory of Corsica, he stood out at a very young age: at only 14, he won a first prize at the CNR of Nice and was appointed solo clarinet of the Cannes Symphony Orchestra.
During the following decade, he developed an intense musical career in Paris, earning multiple first prizes from the City of Paris and prestigious diplomas: concert license, teaching license, and performance license from the École Normale de Musique de Paris, as well as the Martiny Prize (Switzerland).
Holder of the Radio France soloist card, he collaborates with exceptional ensembles and soloists: Tallich Quartet, Alexei Parchyn, Benoît Fromanger, Kun Woo Paik, Jacques Di Donato…
