Born in Gers on April 12, 1995, Maxime Bazerque began the saxophone in music school before joining the Conservatoire of Toulouse in the class of Philippe Lecocq, where in 2013 he obtained his DEM with highest honors unanimously. He also earned the chamber music prize with jury congratulations.

➤ 2015: Selected for the Orchestre Français des Jeunes, performing at the Grand Théâtre de Provence and the Philharmonie de Paris under David Zinman
➤ Admitted unanimously to the class of Claude Delangle at the CNSMD of Paris, where he pursued his studies
