Kacper Puczko is a leading saxophonist of the young generation.
A student at the Zenon Brzewski Music Talents School in Warsaw in the class of Paweł Gusnar and Alicja Wołyńczyk, he is already the winner of around forty prizes in prestigious competitions, including:
➤ 2nd place – Adolphe Sax International Competition in Paris (Young Soloists, 2018, at age 14)
➤ Grand Prix – Pro Bohemia Competition (Ostrava Conservatory)
➤ Gold Award – EMONA Festival 2018 (Ljubljana, Slovenia)
➤ 1st place – Woodwind and Brass Competition (Varaždin, Croatia)
➤ 2nd place – 7th International Competition (Lübeck, Germany)
In March 2020, he took part in the televised competition “Young Polish Musician of the Year”. With his saxophone quartet, he won Poland’s most important chamber music competition at the Art Education Center.
He also plays baritone saxophone in the Warsaw Saxophone Orchestra, and since 2019 has been performing with harpist Marcelina Dąbek.

He regularly attends prestigious courses and masterclasses, such as the European Saxophone University in Gap and the Sibelius Summer Academy Woodwind in Helsinki, and has worked with renowned saxophonists including Claude Delangle, Vincent David, Jean-Denis Michat, Arno Bornkamp, Simon Diricq, Lars Mlekusch, Timothy McAllister, and Joonatan Rautiola.
A scholarship holder of the prestigious “Young Poland” program (2019), he has also received two scholarships from the Polish Minister of Culture (2019, 2020) for his outstanding artistic achievements.
