Minwoo Sung – Saxophonist and Conductor
Minwoo Sung is a renowned saxophonist, appreciated for his warm tone and refined artistic sense. He earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Music with a scholarship from the University of Ulsan, then completed a Master’s Degree in Music at Jeju National University.

Alongside his solo activities, Minwoo Sung is passionate about chamber music. He founded the “ANIMA DUO”, bringing together saxophone and harp, and gave a recital in 2018. This duo explores various musical styles and collaborates with different instrumental formations, including ensembles and quartets.
Currently, he is:
➤ Permanent member of the Seogwipo Wind Orchestra, Jeju Province.
➤ Conductor of the Jeju “Haum” Orchestra for People with Disabilities, where he works for musical transmission and inclusion through music.
